You have to start somewhere…
Well, it’s day one. A Monday. I’ve been telling myself I should be writing blogs for a long time now and decided today was the day. Why not? It’s a Monday and I started a new exercise and nutrition 8 week challenge today. As I was driving into the the gym at 4:30 am this morning, I found myself already telling myself, “you got this,” and “I’m so glad there is no traffic,” and “if I don’t do anything else productive today, at least I know I put my health and wellness first today.” After a great workout with the other crazy 5am workout people, my mind started in on all the things I want to accomplish. Since I am preparing to launch this adventure of becoming a Public Speaker, my mind is always racing through ideas of concepts to share. It’s time I start writing these small thoughts down. I have a place for a blog on this website…. maybe I should use it. Yes, I can make that part of my morning routine. Yes. Exercise at 5am, go home, shower, blog, then start my word day. It’s 7:32am right now so day one is a success. I even got a load of laundry going. It will likely sit there for 3 days and I’ll have to wash it again, but who knows, maybe this blogging thing will even help with that. Make it a great day today, Helen. You got this.
